The service and your information

Burning Bridges AI operates at burningbridges.video. For privacy questions or a deletion request, contact support@burningbridges.video from the email address associated with your account.

When you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information needed to create your account, such as your name, email address and profile image. We store account and session records, your uploaded photos, generation requests, credit balances, payment references and generated videos. Technical logs may include IP addresses, timestamps and error information.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate you, render your requested videos, provide downloads, maintain your balance, process payments, respond to support requests and protect the service against abuse. Upload only photos you have permission to use.

Providers and storage

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores application records in D1 and media in R2. Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Your uploaded photo and the scene instructions are sent to the configured video generation provider, which may be Kie or SeeAPI and its underlying model provider. Provider processing is necessary to create the video you request. Their processing locations and retention rules may differ from ours. We do not train our own AI models on your uploads.

R2 media is stored in a private bucket. Your downloads require your account session. A time-limited signed photo link allows the rendering provider to access your input; anyone with that link can access it until it expires, so do not share it.

Cookies

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We may store interface preferences in your browser. Nonessential analytics or advertising tools are not enabled in this initial version.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account, photos and videos while needed to provide the service or until you request deletion. Downloads are not an archival service: keep your own copies of files you want to retain. Payment and security records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Contact support to request deletion of your account or media; cancel any active subscription separately to stop renewal.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through the support email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights relating to processing, portability or complaints to a privacy authority. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.

Adults only

This version of the service is intended for users aged 18 or older and photos of adults. Please report suspected misuse to support.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
