Using the service

These terms apply to Burning Bridges AI at burningbridges.video. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older. Contact support@burningbridges.video with questions.

Your photos and generated scenes

You must own your uploaded photos or have permission to use them and the likeness of the adults they depict. Do not submit intimate material, sexual content, harmful or illegal content, or images intended for deceptive impersonation. Do not bypass provider safety controls or misuse another person's account.

Your uploads remain yours. You permit us and our service providers to process them to fulfill your generation requests and deliver files. You are responsible for how you use and share the result, including any rights in depicted people, clothing or other material. No third-party music license is supplied with a video.

Burning Bridges AI is an independent tool. It does not imply endorsement by an artist. Videos are synthetic scenes, not recordings of real events. AI may alter details, faces, hands or movements. We cannot guarantee exact likeness, exact choreography, uniqueness or a fixed completion time.

Prices and credits

Prices are shown in USD. One-time credit packs are Starter ($9.90, 100 credits), Duo ($14.90, 200 credits), Most popular ($29.90, 500 credits) and Best value ($74.90, 1,500 credits).

A standard 720P generation costs 100 credits (or 50 credits for 480P Fast and 200 credits for 1080P Pro). The credit cost is displayed in the studio before you submit. Failed generations automatically refund unused credits. We may update future pricing or available tiers; the price displayed for your purchase applies to that transaction.

Subscription cancellation

Cancel renewal from My videos. Your current billing period stays active and its credits remain available until that period ends. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed payment. This first release supports one active monthly subscription per account; contact support about changing plans.

Failures and refunds

Credits are returned when the provider confirms a failed generation. Returned subscription credits keep their original billing-period expiry. A network interruption or slow response is checked before being declared a failure, because the provider may still be rendering. Contact support with the task ID if a request needs review.

A completed video that does not match your creative expectations is not automatically a failed generation. The Refund Policy explains payment refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Video storage and retention disclaimer

Credits purchased from one-time packs never expire. Generated videos and uploaded photos remain accessible in your account so you can stream and download them anytime.

However, our viewing and download services are provided for your immediate convenience and are not a permanent cloud archival service. We strongly advise all users to download and keep local copies of their generated videos. We do not guarantee permanent cloud storage and are not liable for any lost files that were not saved locally.

Accounts and availability

Keep access to your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, illegal content or attacks against the service. We may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of downloaded videos. Contact support to request account or content deletion.
